SHIPPING POLICY (UAE)
At Yasme Natural Skincare, we strive to deliver your products in a timely and efficient manner.

1. Shipping Coverage
   We currently ship across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Processing Time
   Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
   Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days, while deliveries to remote areas may take 2–5 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
   Free shipping is available on orders above AED 200, A shipping fee of 25AED applies to orders below this amount.
5. Order Tracking
   Tracking details will be shared via SMS or Email once the order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment.
6. Liability
   We are not responsible for delays caused by courier or logistics partners.
